That’s why E-XPRO carried out a complete renovation of the booth’s exterior, strictly following Western Union’s global brand guidelines. The signage was updated with the brand’s signature yellow–black color scheme, making it stand out amid a busy street landscape. The logo was strategically placed at the center, ensuring clear visibility from a distance.
2. Interior Renovation – Optimizing Branded Space
Inside the booth, E-XPRO applied a design philosophy focused on “simplicity – accessibility – clarity” to enhance the customer experience. The transaction counter was remodeled into a sleek, modern curved shape, creating a welcoming and professional environment.
All construction materials were carefully selected for durability, ease of cleaning, and safety—particularly suited for financial service environments. Additionally, service information and transaction flow were displayed through well-placed decals, allowing customers to quickly find what they need without immediate staff assistance.

3. Auxiliary Signage Upgrade – Enhancing Brand Visibility
To maximize brand visibility at the point of sale, E-XPRO upgraded all auxiliary signage including small directional signs and side-mounted boards. These signs were completely redesigned using translucent mica combined with LED lighting, offering excellent visibility even under low-light conditions.

The booth’s main entrance features a semi-transparent decal – a smart solution that maintains openness while clearly conveying essential service information. The decal displays key details such as opening hours, support services, and brand symbols.
